About the Founder

Kimberly Swopshire
Founder & Principal

I am an operations leader with more than 20 years building the systems that growing firms run on. I have owned end-to-end billing and collections for an accounting firm's 500-plus client base, from renewals and ad-hoc charges to the monthly aging and financial reporting its leadership relied on. I have built new-client onboarding from the ground up, run internal communications and culture programs, and managed budgets from $30,000 to $1.2 million, forecast through reconciliation.

I bring that same rigor to founder-led firms. I find where the business is routing through one person, build the systems that take it off their plate, and stay close enough to keep them honest as the firm grows. My goal is simple: a business that runs on structure, not on the founder.
